About your role: As a Head of Account Management, you will lead and scale our partnerships with international partners and creators, driving their growth and long-term success on the platform. You will play a key role in shaping the partner ecosystem and unlocking new opportunities that contribute to the platform’s revenue and expansion. Here your ideas matter — you’ll collaborate with a passionate team tackling complex challenges, from scaling creator ecosystems to leveraging data and AI-driven insights, while playing a key role in shaping the future of a product used by millions worldwide.
In this role, you will
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Spanish-speaking partners
Oversee and develop a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong performance and long-term collaboration
Work with warm leads and support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with the inbound team
Drive partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue
Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
Provide partners with strategic recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the partner ecosystem and overall partner experience
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager)
Spanish at B1+ level and English at B1+ level
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients
Results-driven, client-focused approach
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
Experience working with CRM tools
Would be a plus
Leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, or managing a team
