Today we are looking for our Head of Account Management and business performance.
Your main missions are structured around the following axes:
- Manage the relationship with our partners operators, media, content providers,
- Responsible of the performance of the services
- Continuous benchmark of the market
- Local content offer development by following the product strategy.
- Continuous optimization of customer journey while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics, accessibility and regulations.
- Sales animation in collaboration with the acquisition and Marketing of the offer teams to design the best devices: Landing pages, advertising creations.
- Project management in collaboration with partner/customer teams: organization, planning and follow-up of product launches.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly report.
- Sales follow-up with MNOs and escalation of any problems
- Management of implementation schedules
- Knowledge of operators' technical platforms is an advantage.
- Telecom billing know-how.
- Lobby operators (with the support of country managers) to ensure continuous optimization of Digital Virgo's terms and conditions.
- Monitoring project deployment with the help of DV support teams for product/service launches.
- You are dynamic, entrepreneurial and have a good sense of relationships,
- You have a strong taste for challenges, able to manage several projects simultaneously and achieve these objectives while taking into account time constraints,
- You are organized, attentive to details, analytical and creative, able to work in a team and individually,
- You have good written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- You have a particular interest in the world of mobile telephony and digital as well as an international experience,
- You have a successful experience of at least three years in a similar position.
