Job Description Summary
Author and maintain SDS and labels using SAP EHS module to support business growth project.
Work with the business on new product introduction and update existing products in SAP EHS module. Adjust data as necessary to ensure accuracy of product safety documentation.
Job Description
- Author and review SDSs for publication using SAP software, EHS module
- Author and review label text and other hazard communication documents
- Maintain product safety, DG and regulatory data in EHS SAP system
- Work with the global Hazar Communication team to create efficient processes and global consistency
- Maintain working knowledge on work related regulations
- Maintain poison center registration
- Work with the business and supply chain to set up new products, in the system, reviewing potential changes of SDS and labels and assist in resolving issues related to Hazard Communication.
Qualifications
- English fluency required;
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field is required. A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work as a member of a team in a timeline-driven environment with limited supervision is required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required;
- Very good classification & label regulations knowledge according to GHS criteria is required;
- Very good knowledge of Safety Data Sheet regulation is required;
- Experienced with SAP software, EHS module is a plus;
- Good understanding of Detergent regulatory requirements for EU market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
