Hardware Support Specialist - Warehouse Technology (f/m/x)

At HelloFresh, our Distribution Center in Bleiswijk is where the magic happens: ingredients arrive, thousands of boxes are packed, and technology helps our teams work efficiently and accurately. As a Hardware Support Specialist, you help ensure that the devices and systems used on the production floor run smoothly.

You will be the bridge between production and the office for hardware and warehouse technology. From scanners and tablets to printers and other operational devices, you make sure our equipment works reliably so our operations teams can do their jobs without interruption. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to improve processes and help bring more structure to how hardware is managed across the site.

This role may be particularly interesting if you have previously worked as a Hardware Technician, Technical Support Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or Maintenance Technician in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment and enjoy working with both hands-on hardware and a bit of IT.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Troubleshoot hardware issues on the production floor, such as scanners, tablets, printers, and other operational devices.
• Monitor and manage devices running Windows and Android, including supporting updates and basic configuration.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular hardware checks across production lines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work closely with operations teams, technical maintenance, suppliers, and global IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support the rollout of new devices, upgrades, or system improvements in the warehouse environment.
• Help bring structure to hardware management, such as device tracking, inventory oversight, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring technical issues in day-to-day operations.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, technical maintenance, or technical support in an operational environment (e.g., warehouse, production, logistics, or field service).
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Android devices, or the curiosity to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• A hands-on mindset and enjoyment of solving technical problems directly on the work floor.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders, such as operations teams, technicians, and IT colleagues.
• A structured and improvement-oriented mindset, with an interest in making processes more efficient.
