Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware QA Engineer to join our R&D team and take ownership of system-level testing for tactical UAV platforms. You will work hands-on with hardware, software, and communication interfaces to ensure overall system stability, performance, and reliability - both in the lab and in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, checklists for embedded solutions
  • Perform diagnostics, defect localization and root cause analysis
  • Work with communication interfaces and protocols (RS485, TCP/IP, RTSP, Mavlink) as part of system diagnostics and integration
  • Interact with the development team to detect and eliminate errors in a timely manner
  • Improve testing environment and tools
  • The ability to develop in automation testing at will
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and provide feedback on product stability and safety

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware testing
  • Experience in embedded testing
  • A solid understanding of testing theory (functional, integration, system)
  • Knowledge of Linux and experience writing Bash scripts
  • Experience working with embedded protocols
  • Experience working with test management systems and Git, Jira, Confluence
  • Basic understanding of electronics and laboratory equipment
  • Writing clear test documentation
  • Ability to work with technical documentation in English
