You’ll be supported through learning and development, not to mention an incredible team with unbelievable talent and integrity.   If you think you would be the right person to join our team working towards this goal, we would love to hear from you!  Role Overview The Hardware Operations Lead will oversee daily operations across Hardware Ops, including Shipping, Fulfillment, RMAs, and Hardware Builds. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to manage escalations on-site when necessary. The Team Lead will work cross-functionally with Business Systems, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational readiness and support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for new hardware products as well as day-to-day operations.   Please note: This role is on-site in the Alpharetta area. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage daily operations for Hardware Ops, including shipping, fulfillment, hardware builds, and RMA processes;
  • Oversee end-to-end inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels;
  • Own the full RMA lifecycle, including tracking, analysis, and resolution of defective units;
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues and provide on-site support when required;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Systems, Product, Engineering, Marketing) to support GTM readiness for new hardware products;
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and quality;
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports on operational performance, inventory, and RMA metrics;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements;
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in hardware operations, logistics, or supply chain roles;
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives;
  • Ability to work hands-on and provide on-site support during escalations;
  • Expertise in inventory management and hardware fulfillment processes;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams;
  • Proficiency with operational tools and systems (e.g., SmartSheet, Jira, Salesforce).
  • Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with contract manufacturers and hardware build processes;
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and compliance requirements;
  • 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
