JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Hardware Engineer with 5+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle
and hardware development processes is essential.
• Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience with Digital Circuit systems design with better OLT background.
• Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, with the ability to leverage local low-cost ecosystems.
• Good understanding for system thermal design and improvement.
• Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level product issues.
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and OEM vendors.
• Familiarity with telecom standards such as ETSI, NEBS, Telcordia, and EUED-RoHS. Strong understanding of Ethernet, IP networking, optical transmission (PON), and POTS.
• Proficient in circuit design and simulation tools, including PLD/FPGA design environments.
• Experience with analog circuit design and power module development is a strong plus.
