We are looking for a motivated Hardware Engineer to join our electronics team. In this role, you will be actively involved in Board Design – from schematic design and PCB layout to testing and integration – while working closely with senior engineers who will provide guidance and mentorship.

🌍 At Beewise, we’re on a mission to save the world — one bee at a time.
With bee populations in global decline, we develop cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of robotics, AI, and environmental science to protect pollinators and preserve biodiversity.
We’re a team of engineers, scientists, and innovators using technology for good — shaping the future of sustainable agriculture.
If you’re looking for meaningful impact through innovation, we’d love to have you on board.

What You'll Do?

  • Design and develop electronic boards, including schematics and PCB layout.
  • Select electronic components with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Support board bring-up, lab testing, and debugging.
  • Participate in system integration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanics, and operations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in hardware/electronics design (or equivalent academic projects).
  • Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment for circuit testing and debugging.
  • Motivation to learn, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.

Advantages

  • Experience (academic or practical) with control systems such as Stepper/BLDC motors.
  • Exposure to EMI/RFI, solar power systems, or cable harness design.
  • Basic knowledge of MCUs, CPUs, or FPGAs.

Beewise is probably the coolest, most impactful, start-up you haven't heard of; yet. The first of its kind to successfully save the bees, at  scale, and by that secure the global food supply. We do this by deploying Machine Learning, AI, precision robotics, and state of the art software and hardware designs (Lean anyone?). We operate at the intersection of software, artificial intelligence, hardware and biology. Can it get any more challenging? If you like a good challenge and are ready to work for a mid-sized start-up with an (almost) impossible mission, to save the world (no less), keep reading.
