We are looking for a Hairdresser for the 2026 season to join our spa team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She Reports to Spa Manager

Main Duties & Responsabilities

• Offer personalized styling, cutting, coloring, and hair treatment services, in line with the latest trends and the individual needs of guests.
• Ensure an impeccable and relaxing experience for every client, exceeding expectations through attentive and professional service.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding luxury hair care products and techniques.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure an integrated and high-quality service.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with the highest hygiene standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hairdresser in luxury salons or 5-star hotels.
• Excellent styling, cutting, and coloring skills for various hair types.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end hair products.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus).
• Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3,  Hairdresser;  
• Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;   
• Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
