  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring guest feedback and ensuring adherence to all quality standards, directly contributing to the hotel's prestigious reputation.

  • Exceptional interpersonal & anticipation skills: you possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring a highly personalized experience. 
  • Proactive problem solving & service excellence: proven experience in delivering personalized service and adeptly solving issues proactively, ensuring seamless guest experiences even in complex situations. 
  • Composed leadership & creative solutions: ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, thinking on your feet to find creative and effective solutions that maintain service fluidity. 
  • Strong communication & organizational acumen: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with robust organizational abilities to manage tasks, convey information accurately, and ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Local expertise & curated recommendations: comprehensive knowledge of Mallorca's attractions, dining, and amenities, enabling you to provide expert, tailored recommendations that enhance guest stays.
