Salary: $45,000 - $55,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. While every team member has a designated workspace, our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

We’re looking for an outgoing person to serve our 20,000+ guests that visit the Ramsey Solutions campus each year. We are looking for someone who can do this with genuine hospitality and a servant-heart, while ensuring operations remain smooth, organized, and efficient. This team member will be creating a memorable and welcoming experience for our guests, starting even before they arrive.

• You enjoy being the first point of contact and feel confident welcoming, guiding, and answering questions for guests.
• You’re energized by a role that blends people-facing hospitality with behind-the-scenes logistics.
• You’re comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at once—emails, schedules, guests at the desk—without dropping details.
• You’re naturally organized and take pride in preparing things ahead of time so experiences run smoothly.
• You communicate clearly and calmly, even when plans change or things move quickly.
• You’re comfortable serving as a trained tour guide and leading tours as needed.

• The front desk runs smoothly and stays organized, even on busy days with tours, events, and live shows.

• Tours are scheduled accurately, prepared in advance, and delivered with excellence—leaving groups informed and impressed.
• Debt-Free Scream guests experience a seamless, well-prepared moment because every detail was handled ahead of time.
• You are able to serve at each station in the lobby, maintaining our consistent and professional standard of excellence.
• Events and large group visits feel intentional and well-executed, not chaotic or last-minute.
