Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing warm, personalized service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and special.
  • Coordinating personalized experiences for VIPs and special occasions with meticulous detail.
  • Assisting guests seamlessly from arrival to departure, including check-in/out and luggage coordination.
  • Anticipating guest needs, offering proactive assistance and recommendations for hotel services and local attractions.
  • Addressing guest feedback and minor issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to management.
  • Maintaining and updating guest profiles with preferences for highly personalized future stays.
  • Liaising effectively with all hotel departments for smooth coordination of guest requests.
  • Upholding Belmond's high standards of excellence and luxury in every interaction.

Requirements

What You Bring: 

  • Proven experience in a Guest Relations role within a 5-star luxury hotel. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanour. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure. 
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). 
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest feedback systems.
