GTM Systems Engineer/RevOps Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient GTM Systems Engineer/RevOps Administrator to join our growing GTM Finance team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining, optimizing, and building out the technology stack that supports our entire GTM organization, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and seamless end-to-end process support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GTM processes from lead to cash. 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and application errors promptly.
• Maintain several critical GTM systems from user onboarding to daily end-user support.
• Perform routine system health checks, data cleansing, and optimization activities.
• Design, develop, and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations within the GTM technology stack.
• Focus on building robust, scalable solutions that leverage low-code integration platforms (e.g., Make, Cargo) to connect core systems.
• Support the end-to-end buyer journey, from lead generation through billing and revenue recognition, ensuring data integrity across all touchpoints.
• Provide high-level technical support to GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal) regarding system usage, data quality, and process flow.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, process workflows, and integration mappings.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

The successful candidate must possess hands-on experience and expertise in the following GTM and Financial technology areas:

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role focusing on GTM technology stacks.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proven experience implementing or supporting CPQ & CLM solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, DocuSign)
• Experience working with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Cargo)
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Segment)
• Experience supporting billing and subscription systems (e.g., Stripe, NetSuite)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical systems
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, accuracy, and system reliability
• Deep functional and technical understanding of sales processes, contract management, pricing models, and billing cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience building GTM infrastructure at a high-growth or scaling SaaS company
• Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle from lead to cash
• Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools.
