The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team and help build the next generation of automated, AI-powered workflows across our go-to-market (GTM) systems. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, engineering, and AI automation, and is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and our Ops team to build tooling, integrate systems, and design automated workflows that improve speed, data quality, and efficiency. You’ll be the technical leader of AI processes in our GTM stack.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Integration & Automation:

  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows across GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, CS, billing).
  • Build scalable automations using tools like Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, or native APIs. Optimize routing, enrichment, signaling, and lifecycle logic.

AI & Workflow Engineering:

  • Create AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents to support Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Identify high-impact processes for AI and build LLM-based tools using APIs, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.

Technical CRM Ownership:

  • Implement advanced CRM logic (custom objects, validation, scoring, triggers, flows).
  • Support scalable design decisions and maintain documentation and technical specs.

Data Infrastructure & Quality:

  • Build and manage data pipelines across GTM systems and the warehouse.
  • Improve data hygiene through automated monitoring and ensure integrations follow reliability/observability best practices.

Cross-Functional Support & Delivery:

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Partner with Sales/CS/Marketing to identify workflow gaps. Lead projects from design to deployment and collaborate with RevOps to ensure clear metrics and reporting.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in RevOps engineering, systems engineering, sales/marketing ops engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal).
  • Hands-on experience with automation/integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, tray.io, Make or similar).
  • Solid API skills (REST APIs, JSON parsing, webhook logic).
  • Ability to design reliable, scalable workflow architectures.
  • Understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, opportunity management, account hierarchy, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL or basic scripting.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Background in data engineering or ETL tools.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of Sales/CS playbooks and GTM motions.
  • Exposure to product-led or usage-based business models.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies.

What we’re looking for from the heart

  • A builder who loves solving ambiguous workflow problems.
  • Comfortable translating business goals into technical solutions.
  • Obsessed with system reliability, documentation, and scalability.
  • A partner to GTM teams.
  • Someone who wants to develop in a fast-paced, high-growth RevOps environment.
