GTM Systems Engineer

AI overview

Design and maintain scalable systems that drive revenue growth through customer acquisition journeys and optimized workflows across sales and marketing teams.

Re‑architecting U.S. healthcare demands speed, precision, and an obsession with details. Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health every day, versus every few months, we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate. The result: measurably better outcomes for patients and less administrative burden for clinicians.

Today, Cadence supports tens of thousands of  active patients nationwide. Our AI‑powered system and scalable clinical model enable proactive, population‑level care. We’re among the fastest‑growing companies in healthtech, and we’re just getting started.

The Cadence Solutions team is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team. As the GTM Systems Engineer, you’ll design, scale, and maintain the technical stack that powers our revenue growth. You’ll build customer acquisition journeys in Regal.ai, create and manage curated datasets, and orchestrate outbound engagement at scale. Additionally, you’ll streamline our sales and provider management workflows in Salesforce and sales-enablement tools.  Working cross-functionally with our Outbound B2C sales, Enterprise Sales, Provider Management, and Marketing teams, you'll turn GTM strategies into scalable, automated systems that help us move and grow faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own our GTM tech stack, ensuring tools and systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Curate simplified, actionable datamarts that help identify which customers are ready for outreach—reducing reliance on ingesting complex, full-scale customer data into Regal and enabling more focused, high-conversion journeys.
  • Design and optimize outbound customer journeys in Regal.ai, using data signals and segmentation logic to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Design and maintain scalable Salesforce workflows that support B2B and existing customer use cases across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build observability into our GTM systems to detect and troubleshoot issues in Regal.ai journeys, Salesforce workflows, and data pipelines before they impact performance.
  • Manage and enhance our marketing automation system to enable email marketing as a high output engagement channel that supports customer nurturing, scoring, and campaign tracking.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools that can enhance outbound engagement, conversion, and efficiency — making recommendations for potential additions to the tech stack.
  • Partner with our data team to ensure datamarts are accurate, accessible, and structured to support dynamic outreach.
  • Embed with our growth-focused teams to translate business goals into technical solutions that improve speed, targeting, and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise business systems, GTM engineering, or revenue operations technology roles.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining datamarts for outreach execution.
  • Strong understanding of GTM workflows, including how sales, outbound, and marketing teams collaborate to drive revenue.
  • Working experience with AI-powered engagement platforms, with the ability to configure and optimize logic in systems like Regal.ai to drive intelligent outreach at scale.
  • Expertise in managing and integrating GTM tools, including Salesforce, Regal.ai, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Fluency in designing automated, data-driven customer journeys, particularly for B2C sales and engagement use cases.
  • Skills in monitoring, observability, and debugging, with experience designing alerting and health checks across multi-system workflows and systems.
  • Ability to work with APIs for custom integrations between tools.
