GTM Systems Administrator

AI overview

Partner with Salesforce and RevOps leaders to optimize GTM systems, automate processes, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.

About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Systems Administrator to help build, scale, and operate the systems that power our revenue engine. This role is part of Revenue Operations and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants real ownership over how GTM systems are designed and used.

You’ll partner closely with our Salesforce Administrator and RevOps leaders, focusing primarily on the tools that surround and extend Salesforce, rather than owning Salesforce outright. While Salesforce knowledge is important, this role is more about connecting systems, enabling revenue teams, and turning evolving business needs into scalable processes.

What You’ll Do

Own & Scale GTM Systems

  • Administer and optimize GTM tools that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., CPQ, sales engagement, lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, contract tools)

  • Take ownership of day-to-day configuration, support, and improvements across the RevOps tech stack

  • Ensure systems work together cleanly with reliable data flows and minimal manual effort

Partner with Salesforce & RevOps

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Salesforce Administrator on shared objects, workflows, automations, and reporting

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models, permissions, and flows to support integrations and GTM processes

  • Support Salesforce enhancements as needed, without being the primary platform owner

CPQ & Deal Flow Enablement

  • Support and optimize quote-to-cash workflows inside Salesforce

  • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on pricing, packaging, approvals, and deal configuration

  • Experience with CPQ tools is a strong plus, especially RCA CPQ

RevOps Process Enablement

  • Translate RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS requirements into scalable system solutions

  • Identify inefficiencies and automate manual or error-prone processes

  • Build and maintain documentation, workflows, and lightweight training for end users

Build for Scale

  • Help establish best practices for data quality, system governance, and change management

  • Participate in tool evaluation and implementation as the company grows

  • Balance speed and structure — shipping improvements quickly while keeping long-term scalability in mind

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2–5+ years experience supporting GTM, RevOps, or revenue systems in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (admin, power user, or systems partner level)

  • Experience administering or supporting tools that integrate with Salesforce

  • Solid understanding of core revenue workflows (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals)

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting systems as the business evolves

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset toward internal teams

Nice to Have

  • CPQ experience, especially with RCA CPQ

  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience

  • Experience with automation or integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray)

  • Exposure to Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps analytics

  • Salesforce certifications

Why This Role Matters

  • You’ll have real ownership over how our revenue systems are built and scaled

  • You’ll work directly with RevOps leadership and influence how the business operates

  • You’ll help create systems that enable speed today and scale tomorrow

Benefits

  • $90,000 - $100,000

  • Fully remote position

  • Stock options

  • Flexible PTO

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)
