About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Recruiter – North America to help scale our revenue organization across the US market. This role will own end-to-end hiring for go-to-market functions including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
You will work closely with GTM leadership to build strong pipelines, improve hiring velocity, and elevate candidate experience while acting as a strategic talent partner.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for North America GTM roles
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role calibration
Build proactive pipelines for US SaaS sales and revenue talent
Drive sourcing across LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and targeted outreach
Manage interview process, candidate experience, and closing strategy
Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and trends
Improve hiring processes and recruiting operations
Maintain strong hiring data and reporting
Requirements
4+ years experience recruiting GTM / Sales roles
Experience hiring in US / North America markets
Background in SaaS, enterprise sales, or high-growth startups preferred
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence hiring decisions with data
High ownership mindset and strong execution
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Nice to Have
Experience scaling a GTM org from early to growth stage
Exposure to enterprise or AI/SaaS hiring
Recruiting agency + in-house mix
