Hightouch is hiring a GTM Recruiter to help us scale our Go-To-Market teams during a big growth phase. This role is based in NYC and works in-office 3 days per week for real-time collaboration and momentum. You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and the chance to grow with the company — not a “backfill and chill” type of contract.
We’re building something special, and recruiting is at the center of it. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to solve one of the hardest problems in tech: how to build incredible teams in a brutally competitive market- fast, thoughtfully, and with high standards.
We care more about results and curiosity than titles or check-the-box experience. We’re always experimenting, pushing the status quo, and trying to be a few steps ahead of the market.
Run end-to-end recruiting for early- and mid-career Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps)
Partner tightly with hiring managers to understand what “great” actually looks like for their teams
Find and engage candidates through sourcing, referrals, and inbound and get creative when the pipeline gets tough
Keep candidates informed, excited, and moving quickly through the process
Help keep interviews smooth, organized, and human (no black holes here)
Jump in on improving how we recruit — processes, tools, candidate experience, all of it
Care deeply about building diverse, high-performing teams
You want to be in the action, not just executing tasks handed to you
You like figuring things out as you go and aren’t afraid to try something new
You enjoy building relationships and earning trust with hiring managers
You’re organized enough to juggle multiple roles, but flexible enough to adapt when priorities shift
You care about doing recruiting well — not just filling seats
2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM or business roles
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer teams (or strong interest in learning fast)
A track record of finding and engaging candidates through sourcing, referrals, and inbound
Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
The ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
Comfort working in a startup environment where things change
