Business Insider is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join the Creative Strategy team.

The Role & Team:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the framing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches and core revenue-driving products, ensuring clarity and consistency across all sales-facing materials and communications.

This role is highly visible across the organization and will serve as a critical bridge between edit, product, strategy, and the revenue function. You will be responsible for developing messaging frameworks, launch materials, and enablement tools that empower sales teams to effectively articulate our value proposition. You will also help shape how innovation, strategic priorities, and organizational infrastructure are communicated internally to support alignment and growth.

The Product Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of B2B Brand Strategy and sits on the Global Marketing team. This position is based in our New York City HQ with an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-facing sales presentations that leverage strategic storytelling and thoughtful design to clearly communicate product value and advertiser impact.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging development for new product launches and enhancements
  • Lead product training for the Sales team, including scheduling sessions, maintaining a centralized training calendar, and developing and delivering training materials.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized system for the discovery, organization, and distribution of sales and product marketing assets.
  • Maintain product marketing documentation and internal systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date product and sales information.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Editorial to align on messaging and strategic communications
  • Manage a centralized system for discovery and organization of sales and product materials

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Strong storytelling skills, presentation building experience and eye for design. 
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and present complex information in clear, structured ways.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and positioning within a media or digital advertising environment
  • Previous experience developing sales enablement materials and cross-functional launch plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify outdated information and ensure materials and systems remain accurate and current.
  • A marketer at heart, able to generate excitement around products through compelling storytelling and strong presentation design.
  • Experience working with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint), project management platforms, and shared content repositories

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
