Create high-impact GTM assets, messaging frameworks, and case studies
5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting
Experience with market and buyer research, ICP definition, and deal analysis
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers
Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration
Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions
Strong writing skills for POVs, offer descriptions, and outreach messaging
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and delivery teams
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and operate with high ownership
