The Role

We are recruiting a GTM Operations Specialist—an experienced, proactive, and service-oriented individual contributor who thrives on solving problems, aligning systems, and enabling our go-to-market teams to excel. You will own key elements of our Sales and Marketing operations, ensuring processes are efficient, tools are optimized, and performance is measured accurately across the full customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • HubSpot CRM – Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot for end-to-end go-to-market workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success..
  • Analytics & Tracking – Own Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementations to ensure accurate attribution and actionable insights.
  • Performance & ROI Measurement – Track campaign and channel performance (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social platforms) while developing multi-touch attribution models, UTM frameworks, and closed-loop reporting to connect activities to revenue.
  • Data Management & Reporting – Maintain clean, accurate data; build dashboards and compile reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Integration & Automation – Connect ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation systems; automate workflows with APIs or middleware like Zapier.
  • Process Optimization –  Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline the entire lead-to-customer lifecycle; implement automation for operational efficiency.
  • Tool Expansion & Adoption – Quickly learn and support additional tools as the tech stack evolves; leverage AI tools and integrations to improve efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaborator – Act as a trusted partner to GTM teams, equipping them with tools, data, and insights to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops (B2B preferred).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience integrating GTM platforms and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • A proactive self-starter with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Service-oriented communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, fast learner, able to adopt and champion new tools and technologies.
