GTM Lead

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves shaping markets from scratch, and knows how to sell value — not features.

Requirements

Experience range: 3 to 5 years of consultative selling experience

Hustle DNA — Outcome-driven, high ownership, gets things done without reminders.

0-to-1 Builder — Have built or contributed to early-stage sales playbooks.

Accounting Domain Awareness — Understand US bookkeeping, tax workflows, or accounting ops.

Comfort with Ambiguity — Don’t wait for instructions. Thrive with imperfect information.

What You’ll Do

• Drive consultative selling conversations with US prospects (bookkeepers, CPAs, tax firms)
• Build sales motion from scratch — scripts, objection handling, discovery frameworks
• Translate product capabilities into business outcomes
• Own the full funnel: discovery → demo → close
• Identify ICP patterns and refine positioning
• Operate in ambiguity with high bias for action

This is not a plug-into-an-existing-machine role.
You are helping build the machine.
