GTM Full Stack Developer

The job in short

We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You live and breathe data, machine learning, and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and building AI-driven systems that power demand generation and pipeline generation and optimize the sales & marketing engine end to end.

You’ll be responsible for architecting and automating the entire go-to-market engine from conception to deployment. Your models won’t just optimize parts of the sales & marketing funnel, they’ll orchestrate the full revenue motion by intelligently connecting data, decisioning, and delivery across marketing and sales systems. The goal is to build an autonomous GTM engine that scales predictably and performs with precision.

Can you connect the dots between processes, business requirements, predictive models and real revenue and business outcomes? Are you comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, development frameworks like NEXTJS, API framework and third-party libraries. Meet the job

• Design, develop and deploy software solutions;
• Implement client-side and server-side logic;
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design;
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications;
• Write effective APIs;
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency;
• Create security and data protection settings;
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design;
• Write technical documentation;
• Work with end users to improve software;
• Ability to create UI independently;
• Ability to integrate multiple systems using REST API;
• Build and own data pipelines feeding the models and analytics;
• Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and real-time readiness for AI application;
• Operationalize AI/ML models in real-time tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Clay).

How about You

• 4-6 years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role;
• Experience developing web applications;
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript);
• Knowledge of back-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g.Expresss, Node.js);
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Postgres), Vercel and UI/UX design;
• Familiarity with Integrating AI models, LLM and ML frameworks, Vector Embeddings, AI Streaming response and AI SDK;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Organizational skills;
• An analytical mind;
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field;
• Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based systems is a must-have.
