  • Experience in developing and implementing PLG strategies, with a focus on leveraging community engagement
  • Ability to build, nurture, and grow online communities, fostering active participation and user advocacy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate value propositions to different audience segments
  • A strong network in relevant industry communities and forums
  • Experience in organising and hosting community events, both online and offline
What the job involves:
  • Development and execution of a community-based PLG strategy for Decipad, in line with company objectives and user needs
  • Building and managing online community platforms to foster engagement, facilitate user feedback, and enhance product adoption
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (like product, marketing, and customer success) to align community initiatives with broader company goals
  • Monitoring and analysing community metrics to understand user behaviour, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement of the PLG strategy
  • Working with commercial, marketing and product teams on defining and acquiring PQLs
  • Organising community events and initiatives to increase brand awareness, product adoption, and user loyalty
