We are seeking a GTM Engineer with expertise in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Salesforce Experience Cloud to join our GTM Systems team. You will be responsible for building the technical infrastructure that allows our partners (Resellers, Referral Partners, and Alliances) to interact with our business seamlessly.

What will you be doing?

Partner Portal & Experience Cloud Ownership

  • Build and maintain the PRM site for partners.

  • Configure Partner Lead Distribution and Deal Registration workflows to prevent channel conflict with direct sales.

  • Manage Partner Tiering logic (e.g., Gold/Silver/Bronze) and automated benefit assignments.

  • Optimize the partner user interface (UI) to ensure a frictionless experience for external users.

  • Manage partner onboarding/offboarding

Partner-Specific CPQ & Commissioning

  • Collaborate with the CPQ Engineer to extend Product Bundles and Pricing to the partner portal.

  • Build and maintain Partner Commission/Incentive tracking systems within Salesforce.

  • Manage visibility rules (Sharing Sets/Sharing Groups) to ensure partners only see their own data and relevant collateral.

Integration & Automation

  • Integrate the Partner Ecosystem with external tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems like Docebo, or Partner Marketing tools like Allbound/Impartner).

  • Develop custom LWC and Flows to automate the partner onboarding and vetting process.

  • Ensure data flows correctly from the Partner Portal into the core CRM and downstream Finance systems.

Governance & Security

  • Own the unique security requirements of external users (External Sharing Models, Multi-Factor Authentication, and License Management).

  • Monitor partner data integrity and lead conversion rates.

  • Maintain documentation for partner-facing system processes.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 4+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM) or dedicated PRM software.

  • Strong understanding of External Sharing Models and Salesforce security architecture.

  • Experience with Lead Distribution and Deal Registration logic.

  • Ability to translate "Partner Program" requirements (from a VP of Channels) into scalable technical architecture.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (Must have).

  • Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I.

  • Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect (Highly preferred).

Candidates must be willing to work a schedule that includes an overlap from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST (approx. 1:00 AM – 3:00 AM PHT) for daily stakeholder alignment.
