  • Develop lightweight scripts and integrations using JavaScript or Python.
  • Integrate AI/LLM APIs to automate workflows like lead research, outreach personalization, and customer insights.
  • Build scalable growth infrastructure that supports marketing campaigns and sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and launch new automation workflows.
  • Create dashboards and analytics pipelines to track funnel performance and growth experiments.

Must Have Skills

  • Experience building automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • Basic programming experience in JavaScript or Python
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
