Own the GTM tech stack and drive revenue intelligence through data-driven insights, dashboards, and sales enablement strategies across multiple teams.

Intro

As carbmee scales its enterprise GTM motion, we need someone to build the engine behind it. This is a hands-on builder role: you'll own our entire GTM tech stack and turn revenue data into a strategic asset, not just a reporting exercise.

You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Finance, working directly with leadership to ensure every system, workflow, and insight is aligned with the commercial outcomes that fuel our mission. The complexity of our enterprise deals (long cycles, multi-stakeholder, high ROI expectations) means this role demands someone who can translate data into action, fast.

Your tasks

  • GTM tech stack: own and build our end-to-end tooling: Salesforce, intent data, outreach, and enrichment. You're the last line of defence between our revenue teams and broken tooling.

  • Data foundation: design and maintain system integrations and pipelines so revenue data is unified, trustworthy, and actionable (not scattered across siloes like the scope 3 emissions we help our customers tackle).

  • Account prioritization: build lead scoring and account tiering models combining intent signals, engagement, and CRM data to surface the enterprise accounts most likely to buy.

  • Revenue intelligence: build dashboards and reporting for leadership and GTM teams covering pipeline performance, channel attribution, and the metrics that actually move the needle.

  • Sales enablement: arm our AEs with actionable insights, automated workflows, and value-based messaging that speaks to the ROI, cost savings, and risk reduction carbmee EIS™ delivers for enterprise customers.

  • AI-driven outbound: build and optimize AI-powered BDR workflows for scalable, personalized outbound across global markets. Helping us reach the procurement, sustainability, and finance leaders who buy EIS™.

Your profile

  • Solid Salesforce experience: you've used it daily in past roles, not just referenced it on a slide.

  • B2B SaaS background: you understand enterprise sales cycles, deal complexity, and what "pipeline quality" actually means.

  • Comfort with intent data, enrichment tools, and outreach platforms: the modern enterprise GTM stack is not a mystery to you.

  • Strong analytical chops: you love numbers, build models confidently, and turn data into a clear point of view.

  • Collaborative by nature: this is a cross-functional role and you'll work daily across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the co-founders. Strong people skills are non-negotiable.

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce development skills (Apex, Flow, custom configuration): being able to build and amend directly reduces our reliance on external consultants and gets things shipped faster.

  • Familiarity with sustainability, CSRD, or ESG reporting: not required, but helpful when selling into the industries and buyers we serve.

  • Experience building AI-assisted outbound or sales automation workflows at scale.
