Location & Remote Work
Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a professional with an analytical and leadership-oriented profile, who has excellent communication skills and can effectively position themselves in various situations and discussions related to quality.
This individual should be capable of leading quality initiatives within an engineering team composed of software engineers, product professionals, designers, data analysts, and managers.
Although knowledge of test automation is a plus, the hired person will not be coding. The focus is strategic: we are looking for someone who will serve as a quality reference within the engineering team, responsible for assessing processes, systems, and people, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for implementing processes and best quality practices aligned with the guidelines of the Quality Chapter, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the entire development cycle.
