As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
-
Own business outcomes, not only project plans – e.g. revenue, adoption, cost savings, NPS – and report on them regularly.
-
Discover and validate opportunities: analyze data, talk to customers and internal teams, and turn insights into concrete growth ideas and business cases.
-
Design and run experiments (MVPs, A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses quickly and cheaply, then decide whether to scale, iterate or kill ideas.
- Plan, initiate, lead and manage projects across multiple teams, stakeholders and departments (product, marketing, ops, sales, finance, etc.).
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations that support the business goals of your initiatives.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies – and proactively look for smarter ways to achieve the same outcome.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, keeping them aligned and informed on status, learnings and next steps.
- Provide leadership, direction and guidance to project team members, motivating them to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and use best-in-class project management methodologies, tools and practices.
Hybrid work, role based in Warsaw.
We’re looking for someone who combines structured project management with a founder-like mentality:
- 4+ years of experience leading business or product projects (in tech / consulting / startup / scale-up environment is a plus).
- Proven track record of driving business impact – e.g. launching new products/features, improving a funnel, increasing revenue, reducing costs, or leading your own side project/start-up.
- Strong understanding of business metrics (P&L basics, unit economics, CAC/LTV, pricing, conversion funnels) and ability to translate them into project goals.
- Comfortable working with data: advanced Excel; experience with BI tools / SQL / dashboards is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build clear narratives and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you quickly identify root causes and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment; you enjoy ambiguity and creating structure from scratch.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; you are not afraid to challenge the status quo when it makes business sense.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Growth mindset – nobody ticks all the boxes, but you are curious, proactive and learn fast.
