This role requires translating strategic initiatives into actionable backlog items, collaborating across departments, and ensuring CRM and related platforms deliver value while meeting compliance standards. Accountabilities

·         Translate strategic goals into actionable backlog items and prioritize them to align with business objectives.

·         Collaborate with Growth, Practice, UX, Legal, Risk, and Information Security teams to gather requirements and ensure compliance.

·         Work with platform owners, developers, and analysts to deliver backlog items effectively and support sprint planning.

·         Provide product insights, documentation, and training materials to promote user adoption and operational efficiency.

·         Monitor product KPIs, track industry trends, and continuously refine the backlog to improve product performance.

·         Advocate for analytics-driven prioritization and ongoing enhancement of product features and processes.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·         3+ years of experience as a product owner, preferably supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

·         Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.

·         Experience working with agile development methodologies.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Background in professional services, accounting, or financial services.

·         Formal agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).

·         Proven experience translating business strategy into actionable product initiatives.
