Growth Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Growth PM at StudySmarter, you will:

• Take ownership of growth and monetization topics - from Premium monetization and onboarding funnels to product-led growth initiatives around referrals, community, and collaboration

• Drive continuous experimentation across pricing, funnels, and activation to turn insights into revenue and user growth - including shipping experiments hands-on

• Design and evolve scalable growth loops that fuel consistent and compounding growth

• Shape quarterly strategy and OKRs for your team, and overarching monetization strategy in collaboration with leadership

• Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver excellent quality and measurable impact

• Thrive in an environment that values speed, learning, and bold ideas - building, shipping and learning, every week

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience with subscriptions and product led growth

• A builder mentality - proactive, hands-on and excited to test, fail and learn fast

• Rapid experimentation mindset - creative, data-informed, and able to design and run product experiments independently

• Fluency with data and experimentation - comfortable designing and interpreting A/B tests or performing data analyses

• AI-native operator - tech-savvy and experienced using AI tools, workflows, and automations to ideate, validate, or ship faster

• Strong product sense - combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for UX, design, and user behaviour

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to align teams quickly and make complex topics simple
