About the Role- ● Good command of using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and campaign workflows. ● 2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations in a consumer tech or fintech environment. ● Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaign execution, user segmentation, and growth dashboards. ● Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams — CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design. ● Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes and drives results with minimal hand-holding. ● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation approach with clear communication skills.
