AI overview

Drive operational execution and GTM strategy to enhance deal flow and improve efficiency in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Evio Overview

Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.

In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.

Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization.

Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.

Evio's Values

  • Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
  • Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
  • Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
  • Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
  • Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
  • Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.

About the role:

We’re hiring a Growth Operations Manager to make our go-to-market (GTM) work smoother, faster, and more predictable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of GTM strategy, complex enterprise sales support, and operational execution – and you are excited to turn complex and ambiguous growth challenges into durable systems.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how solid growth strategy helps us generate and execute deals. You’ll own the research, decks, contracts, playbooks, and metrics that turn complex deal making into a repeatable, low-risk motion. Day-to-day you’ll build the operating backbone (templates, checklists, SLA workflows), manage the CRM and partner closely with Legal, Finance, Product and Customer Success to design and operationalize how we bring our products and solutions to market.

You will report directly to the Head of Digital Health and will influence on how Evio scales.

Key responsibilities:

Audit & stabilization

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of current growth processes and assets (e.g. prospect research, pitch decks, deal stages, handoffs, NDA/pricing flows, tracking etc.).
  • Deliver a prioritized roadmap that separates quick wins from longer-term investments.
  • Make a plan to solve high-impact pain points (for example, knowledge existing in different places, different pitch deck storylines)

Playbooks, templates & enablement

  • Design and operationalize standard playbooks to enable prospect research, discovery, strategic pricing, and other key sales motions.
  • Establish operating procedures to standardize pre-meeting preparation, proposals, pricing guardrails, and NDA workflows.
  • Create reusable sales assets (starter pitch decks with clean and customizable content, SOW templates, proposal checklists) to accelerate deal cycles.

Tooling & automation

  • In partnership with Head of Growth, assess CRM and other tools needs for optimizing growth.
  • Own the implementation plan and delivery for any tools that are selected.

SLAs, reporting & continuous improvement

  • Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and escalation rules (e.g. NDA turnaround time, pricing approvals, deck readiness) to improve responsiveness and quality.
  • Establish and track KPIs that link process adherence to outcomes (win rate, time-to-proposal, deal velocity), and report on these metrics monthly.
  • Run regular retrospectives on playbook usage and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and results.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Deal support: Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and executive leadership on structuring strategic deals and proposals, ensuring client solutions meet needs while aligning with Evio’s pricing and risk guardrails.
  • Operationalize processes: Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline contract and pricing workflows, reducing friction in the deal process.
  • Shadow discovery and demo meetings, converting frontline learnings from sellers into operational improvements.
  • Serve as the operational point person for cross-functional growth projects that materially improve our go-to-market motion.

The skills and experience you bring to this role include:

  • 5+ years in roles spanning go-to-market strategy and operations. (This could include Growth Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or other cross-functional roles that bridge strategy and execution.)
  • Direct experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits – ideally exposure to health plans, PBMs, or payer-aligned digital health solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience building and rolling out discovery, pre-meeting, and proposal playbooks for sales teams
  • Comfortable with Excel for analysis and financial modeling; able to define key metrics and translate data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. (Experience with SQL is a strong plus.)
  • Confidence going directly to partner teams like Legal, Finance, and Product for collaboration and support with contracts, pricing, policy guardrails, etc.
  • Experience working closely with sales team members – joining calls, reviewing deals, translating field feedback into operational improvements.
  • Experience in early-stage GTM teams or startups where structure was built as you went.
  • Great Power Point deck design skills and storytelling acumen

How you work:

  • Founder’s mentality: You prototype, create and iterate without waiting for permission.
  • Systems thinker: You break complex GTM problems into manageable pieces and design solutions with clear, structured thinking.
  • Outcomes obsessed: You keep track of metrics matter, track impact, and prioritize fixes that help achieve revenue goals.
  • Resilient & pragmatic: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, willing to pivot, and choose practical, usable solutions over perfection.
  • Consensus builder: You influence cross-functional stakeholders, build direct relationships, and galvanize others to action.
  • Exceptional communicator: You write crisp SOPs and checklists and can present complex operational changes clearly to senior leaders.
  • Detail oriented: You are detail-oriented, especially around pricing, contracts, and client-facing materials.

Bonus points:

  • CRM implementation & management experience.
  • Familiarity with contract/SOW/NDAs and pricing-approval workflows in enterprise sales.
  • SQL proficiency or advanced analytics skills.
  • Experience with Confluence/Notion, Asana/Jira or similar tools for documentation and project management.
  • Exposure to the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) ecosystem.
