Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and achieving the company's financial goals. You will manage paid media channels while ensuring strategies are aligned with Quantic’s brand and mission.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in social media ad platforms including LinkedIn, and a passion for data-driven profitable growth. The Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time in-office role and will report to the Executive Vice President, while collaborating closely with senior leadership, including the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, alongside Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and search engines.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve financial targets.
  • Budget Management: Provide strategic input into budget allocation for media spend and ensure effective use of resources to meet performance goals.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and optimize marketing tactics based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Media Cost (NMC) and ROAS.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals, collaborating with product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve or exceed Marketing Cohort financial goals, including NMC and ROAS targets.
  • Increase conversions and drive high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other paid platforms.
  • Effectively manage media spend across platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop a performance marketing strategy that supports company growth objectives.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with specific experience in LinkedIn’s ad platform.
    • Demonstrated success in managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as LinkedIn , Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
    • Familiarity with CustomerIO and Cost Per Lead (CPL) partnerships is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to stakeholders.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
