Growth Marketing Specialist

Owl.co is seeking a dynamic and skilled Growth Marketing Specialist with a focus on targeting and engaging decision-makers within enterprise organizations. This role is essential for building and nurturing relationships, crafting compelling digital marketing strategies, and organizing impactful events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the C-suite team to drive business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing approaches.

As a Marketing Specialist at Owl.co, you will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies. Your main goal will be to increase our product's visibility and market presence by designing and deploying various campaigns/strategies to generate high quality leads and drive growth

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies for generating targeted and quality leads.
  2. Enterprise Engagement: Identify and target key decision-makers. Develop and implement strategies to approach and engage these individuals effectively.
  3. Digital Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to the enterprise audience. Leverage social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  4. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, relevant content tailored to the interests and needs of enterprise decision-makers. This may include blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
  5. Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies, monitor performance, and adapt tactics as necessary. Develop success metrics and regularly report on campaign performance.
  6. Collaboration with C-Suite: Work directly with C-suite executives to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and enterprise-level engagement.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
