Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own execution of revenue-driven marketing programs and help translate marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality output across campaigns, channels, and enablement.
This role is execution-focused but highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to turn priorities into campaigns, ensure marketing shows up clearly and consistently in the market, and help build systems that scale as the business grows.
You’ll also support light social execution in partnership with the Director, grounded in pre-existing employer branding strategy, EVP, and commercial content pillars, ensuring social and employer brand activity remains consistent and well-integrated alongside GTM priorities.
What You Will Own
Growth & GTM Execution
Execute P0 / P1 go-to-market campaigns across web, paid, email, social, and partner channels.
Translate strategy into:
Channel plans;
Asset requirements;
Execution timelines;
Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, from brief to launch to iteration.
Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence where applicable.
Maintain consistency and quality across marketing channels and assets.
Website & SEO Execution
Create and update campaign landing pages and supporting website content
Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders on SEO initiatives, including:
o On-page optimizations;
o Content updates;
o Technical or structural audits, where relevant.
Implement approved SEO recommendations and track resulting performance signals.
Ensure website updates align with campaign goals, messaging, and conversion best practices.
Reporting & Performance Signals
Track and report on website, email and campaign performance using established metrics and tooling.
Surface clear signals on:
What is performing well
What is underperforming
Where iteration or deprioritization is needed
Partner with the Director of Marketing to turn performance data into:
Campaign improvements
Execution learnings
Prioritization inputs
Ensure reporting is lightweight, consistent, and decision-oriented — not vanity-driven.
Sales & Solutions Enablement
Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to support launches, enablement materials, and campaign execution.
Incorporate field feedback into improved structure, clarity, and delivery.
Help ensure marketing assets are practical and usable in real customer conversations.
Social & Employer Brand Support
Support light social execution in partnership with the Director of Marketing using established employer branding strategy, EVP, and commercial content pillars.
Draft and publish approved social copy related to:
Campaign launches;
Events and announcements;
Hiring and employer brand updates, as prioritized;
Maintain a steady social cadence aligned with GTM and content priorities.
Ensure employer brand activity is integrated into broader marketing execution rather than operating as a standalone effort.
What Success Looks Like
GTM campaigns launch on time with clarity and consistency.
Marketing execution feels structured, intentional, and scalable.
Social channels remain active, relevant, and aligned with priorities.
Sales and Solutions teams feel supported with usable, timely assets.
Employer brand presence is maintained without distracting from revenue motion.
Ideal Background
5–8 years experience in B2B SaaS, AI, data, or adjacent technology.
Proven experience executing growth or GTM campaigns end-to-end.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating direction into execution.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and performance-aware.
Seeing around corners and grounding yourself in data is second nature.
