The Challenge

We’re looking for a full-stack, scrappy, fast-moving marketer who can:

  • Build
  • Launch
  • Test
  • Analyze
  • And repeat

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the execution engine behind Neato’s marketing org, shipping campaigns, content, ads, and ideas at a ridiculous pace.

We built Neato to change how brands sell online, NOT as another agency, but as a true operator. We buy products from large companies, sell them on Amazon, and scale brands like a full-stack eCommerce department. The model works. The numbers are real. The growth curve is stupid.



Now we’re turning up the volume.



What We’re Looking For

We want a Growth Marketing Manager who is:

  • 50% creative (storytelling, writing, content, brand)

  • 50% analytical (ads, funnels, data, experiments)

  • 100% execution

Someone who can take a half-baked idea from the Head of Marketing at 9am and have a polished version shipped by 1pm.



You should thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and get irrationally excited about things like landing page tests, viral LinkedIn posts, and well-structured emails.



What You’ll Actually Do

(This is the real list — not corporate fluff.)

  • Write copy that converts: emails, ads, social posts, landing pages, scripts.

  • Run performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and wherever our buyers live.

  • Build content: long-form, short-form, repurposed, cut, clipped, shipped.

  • Manage our social presence and keep the Neato story alive daily.

  • Support events, webinars, referral pushes, and partner initiatives.

  • Build landing pages and simple creative assets (Canva, Figma).

  • Analyze data, spot insights, and push experiments without being asked.

  • Work directly with the Head of Marketing to bring the entire GTM plan to life.

  • Collaborate with design, operations, sales, and content teams.

  • Move fast. Faster than that. No layers. No permission required.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth/digital/content marketing
  • Strong writing & storytelling instincts
  • Experience creating campaigns and ideas that get massive attention
  • Comfortable with paid ads (you don’t need to be an expert, but some experience would be great)
  • Not afraid of data or dashboards
  • Able to build simple landing pages and creative assets
  • Experience with email, CRM, and retargeting
  • Ability to create short-form video clips (bonus)
  • Entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
