Results Repeat is a fully remote, award-winning digital marketing agency focused on measurable growth. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute our agency’s own marketing strategy and help generate qualified new business leads for the agency. While we are open to remote candidates, you must reside in PA, NJ, NY, DE, FL, SC, CO. Applicants from outside these states will not be considered.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can think strategically and execute confidently across all our channels. You will own our agency marketing engine, from SEO and paid media to email campaigns and content development. You will ensure brand consistency, track performance, and continuously optimize for results.
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and direct impact on agency growth.
We’ve been 100% remote from day one and will continue to be a work-from-home employer.
