About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

Growth at Limble isn’t about a single campaign or channel — it’s about building a scalable system that consistently drives revenue across the entire customer lifecycle. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the orchestration of target segments from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll design and manage the workflows that ensure the right accounts are in the right segments, receiving the right messaging at the right time.

You won’t just launch campaigns — you’ll architect the underlying systems that power them. Working across CRM, marketing automation, SDR tools, and product touchpoints, you’ll ensure segmentation logic is clean, messaging is aligned, and lifecycle handoffs are seamless. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Product to continuously refine and optimize our growth engine through data, experimentation, and automation.

What You’ll Own

Lifecycle & Segment Orchestration

  • Design and manage dynamic audience segmentation across marketing tech stack. You will be the primary marketing business owner for the ZoomInfo application, as well as other smaller applications.

  • Build, document, and optimize multi-step workflows across marketing automation, SDR platforms, and in-product messaging.

  • Ensure clean lifecycle transitions from MQL → SQL → Opportunity with proper routing logic.

  • Continuously refine ICP definitions and sub-segments based on performance data.

Growth Experimentation

  • Run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Develop hypotheses, prioritize tests, and report on measurable impact.

  • Improve funnel velocity and conversion rates across lifecycle stages.

  • Identify friction points and implement workflow-level solutions.

Paid Acquisition & Demand Generation

  • Own and optimize paid growth channels including Search (Google/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Display, and retargeting.

  • Develop audience strategies aligned with ICP segments and lifecycle stages.

  • Continuously test creative, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to increase efficiency and scale.

  • Ensure paid acquisition efforts are fully integrated into CRM and lifecycle workflows for proper segmentation and follow-up.

AI-Enabled SDR Systems

  • Work with Rev Ops GTM Engineer to develop, test, and refine AI prompts for agentic SDR workflows.

  • Create feedback loops between human SDR performance and AI prompt improvement.

  • Partner with RevOps to ensure AI agents operate within accurate segmentation and compliance guardrails.
