HappyCo is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who lives and breathes experimentation, performance, and pipeline impact.
You will own growth across the full funnel, from traffic and lead generation to demos booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated. You will lead the growth marketing strategy and make high-impact decisions that directly drive company expansion.
You will constantly test, iterate, and scale what works. You should be comfortable launching new channels, optimizing underperforming programs, and tying every initiative back to measurable business outcomes.
This role has meaningful ownership today and clear room to grow quickly as we scale.
Key Responsibilities | Demand & Pipeline Growth
Design and execute growth strategies across the entire funnel
Drive leads, demos booked, sales-qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution
Increase qualified pipeline year over year
Launch and scale outbound marketing support and paid acquisition campaigns
Build and optimize account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts
Develop and improve nurture sequences and lifecycle email programs
Key Responsibilities | Paid Media & Channel Expansion
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google
Own budget allocation and performance optimization
Test new acquisition channels and emerging platforms
Continuously improve CAC and conversion efficiency
Funnel Optimization
Improve website conversion rates through testing and CRO
Analyze funnel drop-off points and implement improvements
Monitor intent signals and activate high-intent audiences
Optimize demo booking flows and handoff to sales
Key Responsibilities | Analytics & Experimentation
Track attribution and performance across channels
Build reporting that ties campaigns directly to revenue outcomes
Run structured, ongoing growth experiments
Use data to prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities
Key Responsibilities | Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner closely with Sales to align on ICP targeting and pipeline quality
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to translate narrative into high-performing campaigns
Work with Marketing Operations to ensure clean targeting, tracking, and reporting
Required Qualifications
At least 4–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Experience running paid media campaigns with clear ROI accountability
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics
Proven ability to tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Analytical mindset with bias toward action and experimentation
You think in pipeline, not just leads.
You move quickly, test often, and optimize relentlessly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with proptech or multifamily real estate
Experience supporting outbound motions at scale
Strong copywriting instincts for conversion-focused messaging
Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environments
