This stealth venture is building a consumer focused financing product for residential real estate. They aim to empower people to live in their dream homes today, building towards ownership tomorrow.

About the Role

They are looking for a highly motivated Growth Hacker to join them as the first dedicated marketing hire. Your role is to drive user growth through community-led and guerrilla marketing tactics, working closely with the CEO. You will own customer acquisition from strategy to execution.

  • Define, validate, and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on data and real feedback.

  • Develop and execute community-first Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies on Telegram, Reddit, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and niche forums.

  • Build and manage presence in German and/or English-speaking online/offline communities with a focus on Berlin.

  • Launch growth experiments and iterate quickly: new messaging, offers, and campaigns.

  • Drive organic lead generation through social media, referral programs, and partnerships.

  • Create native social content, including posts, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.

  • Lead content creation and amplification on across their website to build inbound traffic, and brand authority.

  • Work with the sales team to iterate on marketing campaigns and narrow down the lead generation efforts.

  • Run and iterate performance marketing campaigns.

  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise based on data.
