Be a high-agency generalist making a data-driven impact on e-commerce marketing functions across retention, CRO, analytics, and more for a rapidly growing brand.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!

We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.

Our client is on a mission to reclaim the backyard!

They create sports and games designed to be more addictive than Fortnite and more engaging than a TikTok feed.
Having built an 8-figure flagship brand with them, they are now expanding into soccer and pickleball. Their goal is to help 1 million families rediscover the joy of physical play by 2030.

As we scale our marketing team, we need a versatile, data-driven marketer who can jump across multiple areas of the business and make an immediate impact. This isn’t a specialist hire — it’s a high-agency generalist who has spent time across the key disciplines of e-commerce marketing and can bring that breadth of experience to a rapidly growing team. Critically, they must be deeply data-focused, comfortable designing and running A/B tests, tracking attribution across new channel launches, and using data to drive every decision.

The Role

This person will operate across multiple marketing functions, bringing proven experience and a data-first, problem-solving mindset to wherever they’re needed most. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Retention & lifecycle marketing — developing and optimising email and SMS flows, campaigns and segmentation strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
  • CRO & landing page strategy — planning, building and A/B testing landing pages and on-site experiences to improve conversion rates across key funnels, with a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing
  • Data & analytics — analysing marketing performance data across channels, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating data into clear strategic recommendations
  • New channel evaluation — supporting the launch and tracking of new platforms (e.g. AppLovin), including setting up proper attribution and incrementality measurement to understand true channel contribution
  • Marketing calendar ownership — planning ahead and owning the marketing calendar so the entire team stays aligned on seasonal shifts in buying behaviour, promotional windows, product launches and key dates throughout the year
  • Supporting paid and organic marketing efforts with strategic input, campaign planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities across the marketing operation and proactively solving them

Requirements

  • Extensive experience across multiple areas of e-commerce marketing (retention, CRO, analytics, paid, organic)
  • Track record of working across successful, high-growth e-commerce brands
  • Deeply data-focused — comfortable designing A/B tests, interpreting results with statistical rigour, and making data-backed recommendations
  • Understanding of attribution and incrementality measurement, particularly in the context of evaluating new advertising platforms and channels
  • Experience owning and managing a marketing calendar, coordinating seasonal strategy and ensuring cross-team visibility on upcoming campaigns and promotions
  • High-agency problem solver — someone who sees what needs doing and does it without waiting to be asked
  • Comfortable working in a lean team where versatility and ownership are essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience with key e-commerce tools and platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, heatmapping tools, landing page builders, attribution platforms etc.)

Ideal Background

A seasoned e-commerce marketer who has worked across multiple brands and functions. Someone who is obsessively data-driven, thrives in high-growth environments, brings a bias for action, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and help build a best-in-class marketing operation from the ground up.

  • Opportunity to shape brands in sports and youth culture.
