Your mission
As the Growth Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria, you will own pipeline generation, regional activation, and the growth strategy across the region. You will work hand-in-hand with regional SDRs, BDRs, Sales Leaders, and AEs to design, execute, and optimize programs that generate high-quality pipeline and revenue.
This role is highly collaborative, commercially driven, and central to regional success. You will operate as a strategic partner to sales - ensuring that marketing is not only generating demand, but actively supporting pipeline progression, deal acceleration, and revenue outcomes.
