The mission:
Join Baubap as Acquisition & Growth Manager and drive the hands-on execution and optimization of user acquisition, scaling profitable users end-to-end, from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement while maintaining strong unit economics.
You will lead paid acquisition strategy and execution, directly managing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other performance platforms, while overseeing and coaching a Paid Media Specialist responsible for day-to-day campaign operations.
This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on campaign management with team leadership. You will drive testing strategy, creative experimentation and budget allocation to maximize high-quality user acquisition.
You will also own and scale Baubap’s core acquisition channels, including paid media, referrals, affiliates and organic growth initiatives, optimizing partner performance, incentives, and growth mechanics to drive efficient user growth.
