Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and revenue growth across key segments. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with Sales and Growth Product teams to turn marketing into a measurable pipeline.
You'll collaborate with a Marketing Manager, designer, and freelance contributors (content writer, SEO specialist). This is a high-impact IC role with potential to grow into a marketing leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
Content production and distribution across channels
Landing page optimization and A/B testing
Lead generation from events and webinars
Paid acquisition where ROI can be demonstrated
Segment-specific go-to-market motions
KPIs
Primary: Number of experiments, account score growth & qualified leads for Sales
Secondary: Organic traffic, funnel conversion rates
Experience
3+ years in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS (required)
Mobile app or gaming industry experience (strong plus)
Product marketing experience (strong plus)
Remote startup experience, European time zone
