We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel—from first touch to intro call. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, designing experiments, and scaling growth engines with precision and creativity. You’ll turn Oceans’ marketing ecosystem into a predictable, measurable, and efficient pipeline, working across channels, teams, and platforms to drive sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with analytical rigor, and enjoys building low-CAC, high-efficiency growth loops.
Your success as a Growth Marketing Lead will be measured by the performance, scalability, and efficiency of Oceans’ marketing engine. From funnel strategy to execution, you’ll build, analyze, iterate, and surface insights that drive measurable results across all growth channels.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships while collaborating daily with SEO, Content, Design, PR, Partnerships, and RevOps teams. You’ll bring together the insights, execution, and coordination needed to power Oceans’ growth engine.
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships.
