A Day in The Life:
We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Director to lead our entire marketing function across paid and organic channels. You will directly manage and coach our marketing and content teams (paid ads, email, data, SEO, blogs, video, and social), ensuring accountability, performance, and consistent delivery of quarterly lead-generation targets.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape strategy, develop compelling offers, and continuously optimize campaigns through clear KPIs, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our core values:
