We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing & Communications Lead to join our team, sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, and corporate communications, and partnering closely with Business Development, Design and Leadership to position Nacar as a global reference in design, strategy and innovation.


Important: This position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.

Requirements

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

Growth Marketing

  • Plan and execute 360° demand-generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Own the full-funnel marketing journey (awareness → lead → MQL → SQL), defining audiences, messages and value propositions by service and vertical.

  • Lead performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and support ABM initiatives with Sales.

  • Drive SEO/SEM and CRO, evolving nacar.studio with data-informed improvements.

  • Design and implement nurturing flows, lead scoring and automation workflows integrated with CRM.

Communications & Brand

  • Define Nacar’s narrative, positioning, and key messages, ensuring consistency across channels and regions.

  • Oversee PR and media relations: press materials, interviews, pitches, award submissions and rankings.

  • Produce editorial and multimedia content (case studies, whitepapers, POVs, newsletters, social content, presentations and talks).

  • Manage the global editorial calendar across languages and markets.

  • Support internal communications and employer branding in collaboration with the People team.

Events, Partnerships & Ecosystem Activation

  • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, talks and fairs to boost visibility and generate pipeline.

  • Build relationships with innovation hubs, tech partners, universities and industry associations.

  • Activate internal spokespersons and nurture community initiatives to strengthen Nacar’s presence in the ecosystem.

Analytics, Operations & Budget

  • Define OKRs/KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance across channels.

  • Optimize the martech stack (CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, social, PR tools).

  • Manage channel budgets, forecasts, ROI, CAC and revenue influence.

-What are we looking for?-

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications (experience in design, innovation, consulting or tech is a plus).

  • Strong business orientation, able to connect marketing strategy with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Hands-on experience in social media (especially LinkedIn), content creation, PR/media, SEO/SEM, performance marketing and CRM/automation (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).

  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills in both English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).

  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and experimentation mindset (A/B testing, attribution, lead scoring).
