Role Overview
The Growth Marketer owns the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends experimentation, performance marketing, and lifecycle optimization—designing and executing campaigns across channels while continuously testing, learning, and scaling what works.
You will act as the growth engine, identifying high-impact opportunities across marketing, product, and distribution channels. This role is ideal for analytical, execution-focused marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy experimentation, and are motivated by measurable business outcomes.
Your Impact
Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value. By identifying scalable channels and optimizing conversion funnels, you’ll reduce CAC and improve ROI. Your experiments will generate insights that shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Your cross-functional collaboration will ensure growth initiatives translate into seamless, high-converting user experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution — 30%
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Own lifecycle marketing initiatives across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue (AARRR)
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Set campaign goals, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Identify growth levers across marketing, product, and sales touchpoints
Content Creation & Distribution — 25%
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, email, and social channels
- Craft compelling value propositions and conversion-focused messaging
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and broader growth strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally on integrated content campaigns
- Distribute content strategically across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Maintain consistent messaging across the full customer journey
Channel Optimization & Experimentation — 20%
- Design and run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Manage and optimize paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Test new acquisition channels, tactics, and growth loops
- Optimize email marketing for engagement and conversion
- Own SEO strategy including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Experiment with community, referral, partnership, or affiliate growth models
Analytics & Performance Optimization — 15%
- Track performance using analytics and marketing automation tools
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Implement tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, dashboards)
- Translate insights into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
- Identify top-performing channels and scale successful initiatives
- Report weekly and monthly on performance and business impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting — 10%
- Partner with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams
- Align growth initiatives with product roadmap and business priorities
- Coordinate creation of high-converting creative assets
- Improve lead quality and handoff processes with sales teams
- Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Share learnings and best practices across the organization
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
Experience
- 1-3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record delivering measurable growth outcomes
- Experience managing multiple channels simultaneously
- Strong understanding of lifecycle and funnel-based marketing
Marketing & Strategy
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, content, and email
- B2B marketing experience with strong audience segmentation skills
- Strong copywriting and messaging capabilities
- Growth mindset with bias toward experimentation and iteration
Analytics & Technical Skills
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and conversion optimization skills
- Experience running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Communication & Work Style
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Clear, structured communicator with stakeholders
- Analytical, results-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working remotely with EST/PST overlap
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto/Web3, real estate, or B2B tech
- Community-driven or product-led growth experience
- Advanced SEO or technical SEO background
- Startup or 0→1 growth experience
- Team leadership or mentorship experience
- Additional language proficiency
