O que você irá fazer?
  • Definir e executar a estratégia de aquisição para residentes nos EUA e novos países, estruturando funis completos de awareness a conversão. 
  • Gerenciar canais de aquisição pagos, orgânicos, parcerias e afiliados, otimizando verba, segmentações e eficiência por mercado. 
  • Operar, integrar e evoluir o stack Martech (CDP, automação, tracking, atribuição) garantindo consistência, governança e escalabilidade global. 
  • Monitorar e otimizar KPIs de crescimento (CAC, LTV, ativação, ARPU), rodando testes A/B e análises de comportamento para gerar insights acionáveis. 
  • Cocriar com Produto, Growth e Analytics melhorias de jornada, segmentações e personalizações que aumentem conversão e qualidade da base global.
